Your use of this site and the sale of any items are governed by these terms and conditions. By pressing the "I have read and accept the terms and conditions" button You are agreeing to be bound by these conditions.
In these conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:
"Privacy and Data Protection Policy" means the policy relating to the description and treatment of personal data collated through the Website.
"You" means the company, firm, body or person purchasing the "Goods".
"Goods" mean the Goods (including any instalment of the Goods) which Replay Fashion Sport will supply in accordance with these conditions.
"Replay Fashion Sport" means Neath Rugby Ltd including the Replay store, registered in England number: 3170814; Registered office: 13 Old Market St, Neath SA11 3NA
"Order" means a purchase Order in respect of the Goods issued by the Buyer to Replay Fashion Sport on the Order form set out on the Website by e-mail.
"Website" means Replay Fashion Sport's Website "www.replayfashionsport.co.uk”
1 Contract
1.1 A contract ("Contract") between You and Replay Fashion Sport will only come into being upon confirmation of the acceptance of an Order by Replay Fashion Sport subject to these conditions. Such confirmation will be given to You via e-mail to the e-mail address You have given to Replay Fashion Sport in accordance with clause 2 below. Once Replay Fashion Sport makes this confirmation there will be a legally binding contract between us.
1.2 Replay Fashion Sport may revise these terms at any time, and without notice, at its sole discretion in relation to future sales. Any change will take effect for such future sales immediately upon posting on the Website and will be deemed to be accepted by anyone who continues to place Order via the Website. For the avoidance of doubt, any Contract will remain subject to the version of the terms on the Website at the time the Order is placed and shall not be affected by any subsequent alterations.
1.3 The Contract is subject to your rights of cancellation set out below.
1.4 Any person Ordering from the Website may print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions.
2 Your Order
2.1 When You submit an Order request, Replay Fashion Sport will contact You by email, providing You with a customer Order number and confirmation of the Ordered Goods, the value of the Order, the shipping address and the chosen method of delivery.
2.2 This e-mail will constitute our acceptance of the Order. Our acceptance of the Order will be deemed complete and received by You at the date and time of sending the e-mail (whether or not You receive that e-mail).
2.3 The Order will be confirmed on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. If a product is out of stock we will contact You by e-mail, fax or by telephone to enable You to cancel the Order or, if we expect the stock line to be replenished in the near future, we may give You the option to be put on a reserve list. If we can only fulfil part of the Order, we will also contact You to explain your options. If payment has already been debited to your credit or debit card we shall credit your account with the appropriate amount as soon as is practicably possible and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the date of the transaction.
3 Prices
3.1 The description and prices for the Goods shall be those published on the Website when the Order is accepted by Replay Fashion Sport as confirmed in accordance with the procedure in clause 2. These prices are quoted in GB Pounds Stirling and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. We reserve the right to amend the prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT.
3.2 Every effort is made to ensure that the description and prices shown on the Website are accurate at the time You place your Order. If an error is found, Replay Fashion Sport will inform You as soon as possible and offer You the option of reconfirming your Order of the relevant Goods at the correct price or cancelling your Order. If You cancel, Replay Fashion Sport will refund or recredit You for any sum that has been paid by You or debited from your credit card for the Goods.
3.3 Import duties and local taxes are not included in the quoted price of Goods being delivered to outside the EU. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administrative charges upon receipt.
3.4 Replay Fashion Sport's current delivery charges (inclusive of VAT) and anticipated delivery times are as published on the Website at the time when the Order is made and accepted by Neath Rugby.
3.5 Internet offers relate to internet transactions only and may not be available in store. Likewise special offers in store may not apply to internet prices.
4 Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our Website and will be debited when Neath Rugby confirms your Order.
5 Delivery and Risk
5.1 The Goods and Order will be delivered to the address You give when You place your Order.
5.2 If delivery cannot be made to your address, Replay Fashion Sport will inform You as soon as possible, and refund or recredit You for any sum that has been paid by You or debited from your credit card for delivery.
5.3 Delivery times are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and the delivery of all Goods will require a signature from someone at your address to acknowledge receipt. If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the Goods, delivery may be attempted again or you may be notified of a place to collect the Goods. Please note that a charge may be levied by the couriers if Goods are held after successive failures to deliver. It may therefore be advisable to give your work address for delivery.
5.4 Every effort will be made to deliver the Goods as soon as possible after your Order has been accepted and in any event within 30 days of Replay Fashion Sport's confirmation of your Order. However, Replay Fashion Sport will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by You through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery (for example as caused by circumstances beyond Replay Fashion Sport's reasonable control). In this case, Replay Fashion Sport will inform You as soon as possible of the circumstances.
5.5 You will become the owner of the Goods You Ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to You. This will remain the case in respect of any Goods which You return to us under these terms until such time as Replay Fashion Sport has received them back.
6 Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
6.1 You have the right to cancel the Contract at any time up to the end of seven workings days after You receive the Goods (see below). A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.
6.2 To exercise your right of cancellation, You must give written notice to the Replay Fashion Sport Shop by hand or post, fax or e-mail, at the address, fax number or e-mail address shown on the Website, giving details of the Goods Ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
6.3 If You quickly inform us of your intention to cancel your Order we may be able to amend you’re Order before the Goods have been dispatched to You. If You exercise your right of cancellation after the Goods have been delivered to You, You will be responsible for returning the Goods to Replay Fashion Sport at your own cost. (You will not have to pay for the return of Goods sent to You in error or Goods which are deemed faulty in accordance with clause 7 below). The Goods must be returned to the address shown on the Website. You must take reasonable care to ensure the Goods are not damaged or lost in the meantime or in transit. You should use a recorded delivery service or similar one that requires a receipt where we have sent Goods to You by this method.
6.4 Once You have notified Replay Fashion Sport that You are cancelling the contract as indicated above, Replay Fashion Sport will refund or recredit You within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by You or debited from your credit card for the Goods.
6.5 If You do not return the Goods as required, Replay Fashion Sport may charge You a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the Goods.
6.6 You do not have the right to cancel the Contract if the Order is for audio or video recordings or computer software which has been unsealed by You, or for Goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Replay Fashion Sport will notify You at the time of your Order if this applies.
6.7 If, having exercised your right to cancel an Order in accordance with this clause, You require alternative Goods; a completely new Order will need to be submitted. This will provide You with the best level of customer service and ensure that You can receive these alternative Goods as soon as possible without having to wait for us to receive and process you’re returned Goods. Please note however that, although Replay Fashion Sport will make every effort to fulfil your new Order, as with any Order, Replay Fashion Sport does not guarantee that the replacement items requested will be available due to possible stock shortages.
7 Warranty and Faulty Goods
7.1 All Goods supplied by Replay Fashion Sport are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
7.2 This warranty does not apply to any defect in the Goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by You or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the manufacturer or Replay Fashion Sport, failure to follow the relevant instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the manufacturer's or Neath Rugby's approval.
7.3 If the Goods supplied to You develop a defect while under warranty, or You have any other complaint about the Goods, You should notify the Replay Fashion Sport in writing at the address, fax number or e-mail address shown on the Website. Replay Fashion Sport will only refund return postage costs if the Goods are deemed to be faulty and a receipt of postage is included with the returned Goods. Replay Fashion Sport will notify You of any refunds via e-mail, subject always to your statutory rights.
7.4 Refunds after the expiration of the warranty period are only at the discretion of Replay Fashion Sport.
8 Intellectual Property
8.1 All the intellectual property rights of the Goods are and shall remain the property of Replay Fashion Sport and its licensors. For the avoidance of doubt, at no time shall any rights, title or interest in these intellectual property rights pass to You.
8.2 Replay Fashion Sport permits You to electronically copy and print in hard copy specific portions of the Website for the sole purpose of placing an Order with Replay Fashion Sport or using the Website as a shopping resource. Any other use of the contents of the Website by You is strictly prohibited by .
9 Privacy Policy and Data Protection
9.1 Replay Fashion Sport will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your Order and payment secure, but unless Neath Rugby is negligent, Replay Fashion Sport will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by You.
9.2 Replay Fashion Sport will only use the information You provide about yourself, in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Policy unless You agree otherwise. You can correct any information about You, or ask for information about You to be deleted, by giving written notice to Replay Fashion Sport at the address, fax number or e-mail address shown on the Website.
10 Applicable Law
10.1 These terms are subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL NOT IN ANY WAY AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Security: Replay Fashion Sport will never release your credit card information to anybody outside our organisation other than to process your Order and check for fraud, credit and security.
Replay Fashion Sport also seeks at all times to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.
